CREAMY MUSHROOM PASTA YOGURT SAUCE
For about 2 servings
- 1 tsp butter/ olive oil
- A couple of sliced mushrooms
- 4-5 tbsp yogurt
- About 2 handfuls of cooked pasta
- 0.5-1 tsp of crushed garlic
- Salt & pepper
- In a hot pan, warm up the butter or oil, add in the garlic and stir fry the mushrooms for a minute or so.
- Add in the yogurt and stir around for a couple of seconds, add in the cooked pasta, season, taste and add more yogurt/ seasoning if necessary. Yes, it really is that easy!!!
